Class Policies

  • We kindly ask that you be on your mat at the time class starts. You will be admitted into the studio no earlier than 15 minutes before class, and must leave 15 minutes after it ends.

  • We are only able to accept credit & debit cards at this time.

  • No electronics are allowed in the studio room. If you have a smart watch, make sure it is in theater mode to not disturb fellow clients. There will be a designated area for personal belongings where all devices should remain off.

  • We do not offer refunds or extensions on any class credits.

  • If you do not show up to the class and don't cancel, your credit will be considered used and deducted from your account.

  • You must cancel your reservation at least 6 hours prior to the class start time in order to return the credit to your account with no penalty.

    Late cancellations with less than 6 hours notice will be assessed a $10 charge to your card. The credit will be returned to your account.

  • Classes are limited to individuals 18 years or older.

  • Per city policies in Charlottesville, masks may be worn based on your personal preference and risk of developing severe illness.

    People with symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should ALWAYS wear a mask (regardless of Covid-19 Community Level).

    We do not require proof of vaccination to enter our studios.
