Our offerings are designed to meet you where you’re at, no matter your experience or how you arrive in space. Instruction is provided in an easy to understand format with inclusive and accessible cuing, complemented by a live example of how each shape should feel in your body.

All guidance provided are optional invitations; if at any point the cuing provided in class doesn't feel comfortable or safe in your body, please return to a shape that is more supportive.

Asana practice influences many aspects of the body including digestion, so it is generally recommended to allow 3 – 4 hours to pass after a heavy meal before starting your practice; 1 to 2 hours after a light meal, and 30 – 45 minutes after having juice, fresh fruits, etc. Most importantly, however, please always honor your own body and consult your doctor before following any health advice.
